Solar Air Conditioner Completes TUV Testing, Receives CE Global Product Safety Approval
SPP's new SplitCool DC-18 solar air conditioner has received its CE approval and now bears the TUV CE mark. The SplitCool DC-18 is a 48 volt DC high-efficiency split system heat pump rated at 18,000 BTU (1.5 ton) and is designed to operate directly from PV solar panels and batteries. The DC-18 solar air conditioner is 100 percent DC powered and uses no inverter.Solar Panels Plus (SPP) announces that the SplitCool DC-18 solar air conditioner has passed its TUV product safety testing and now carries the CE mark.
