Mold and Mildew
Mold and mildew are dangerous household problems. Mold is a fuzzy growth on moist organic matter. Mildew is whitish or bluish green growth on dirty surfaces that is caused by mold. These not only smell obnoxious but they are also hazardous and spread diseases. Mold and mildew usually target clothing, fabrics, upholstery, rugs and carpets, leather goods, and paper books. Our daily contact with mold and mildew may lead to severe damage to our health. They weaken the immune system and make us vulnerable to diseases like chronic sinusitis and asthma.

CLOGGED DRAINS - Predictable and Preventable
40 to 60 percent of our summer service calls are due to clogged drains. They are one of the first calls we get every summer. A/C drains build up slime over time. That slime slows down drainage through the condensate piping and the drain can eventually become clogged.
