What is the Pullen Comfort Program?
Previously known as our Preventative Maintenance Agreement, the Pullen Comfort Program is an expansion of the PMA that extends even greater service and maintenance benefits to our customers.

Overtime charges and weekend calls
For members of the Pullen Comfort Program, overtime charges are waived, and if your HVAC unit breaks down on a Saturday, no problem! We offer weekend service exclusively to members! Plus, Pullen Comfort Program members go directly to the head of the line on those crazy hot days when it seems like everyone’s air conditioners have decided to go on strike at the same time!
Discounts and Credits
As a Member of the Pullen Comfort Program, you’ll receive an exclusive discount of 15% off all services, and for each year that you’re a member, you’ll receive $50 per HVAC unit in accrued credit towards the purchase of a new HVAC system!

If for any reason in the first 90 days of being a PAC Comfort Program Member you are not completely satisfied, just write us a letter requesting we cancel your membership, and we will refund 100% of your money. Reminders and Free deliveries!
As a member of the Pullen Comfort Program, you’ll receive reminders about your HVAC system and your program renewal. We’ll send an email to remind you when it’s time for a new filter, and we’ll even bring the filter to you free of charge!
Monthly Payments
Forget about paying for your Comfort Membership all in one lump sum; as a member, monthly payments are automatically withdrawn from your checking account or charged to your credit card. It’s worry-free, hassle-free, and completely secure. Best of all, we do all the work for you!
What if I move from my present home?
Simple: Just write us a letter stating that you would like to transfer your agreement and provide us with your new information.
What if I already have a Preventative Maintenance Agreement?
No worries! If you already have a Preventative Maintenance Agreement, then consider yourself enrolled in the Program. You’ll still receive all the benefits of membership in the Pullen Comfort Program.
